We can re-deck and supply current Mobil Spec. Fascia if the columns and footings are still in good shape. In most cases the old structural steel, decking, and fascia are removed to the top of the columns and new structural steel, decking, and fascia are installed keeping the same footprint size as the original canopy. We are finding these older Mobil locations are needing repair because of leaks around the rings or corroded decking issues.
